1. Food Return Policy
Food items cannot generally be returned once delivered or collected.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of:

- •Food quality concerns verified by the restaurant.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered where:
- •An order was charged but not delivered.
- •A significant portion of the order is missing.
- •The wrong order was delivered.
- •Food quality issues are verified (evidence such as photographs may be requested).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted for:

- •Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- •Failure to consume food within recommended safety timeframes.
- •Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
4. Refund Processing
