Complaint Redressal Policy

We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.

Your feedback helps us improve. Please report any issues as early as possible so we can assist you effectively.

1. Reporting Issues

  • Food quality concerns should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Payment issues should be reported within 48 hours of transaction completion.

2. Information Required

Please provide the following when raising a complaint:

  • Order number.
  • Contact information.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photographs (if applicable).

3. Resolution Process

Upon receiving a complaint:

  • Complaint acknowledgement within 24–48 hours.
  • Investigation by our customer support team.
  • Replacement, credit note, partial refund, or full refund where justified.

4. Escalation

If a customer is not satisfied with the initial resolution, the complaint may be escalated to senior management for review.
