Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation terms before placing an order.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status at the time of the request. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing an order if you wish to cancel.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Preparation Begins
Orders may be cancelled within a limited period after placement if food preparation has not started.
After Preparation Begins
Once food preparation has commenced:
- •Cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- •Full or partial charges may apply.
2. Scheduled Orders
For pre-scheduled orders:
- •Cancellation requests should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled preparation time.
- •Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Restaurant-Initiated Cancellation
The restaurant reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- •Unavailability of ingredients.
- •Operational issues.
- •Technical errors.
- •Force majeure events.
In such cases, eligible payments will be refunded.
4. Incorrect Customer Information
Orders delayed or undeliverable due to:
- •Incorrect address.
- •Incorrect phone number.
- •Customer unavailability.
may not qualify for cancellation or refund.
5. Third-Party Delivery Platforms
Orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective platform in addition to our policies.
